Smart BD Consulting President/CEO, Marina Goren, had a pleasure of speaking at the annual National Veteran Institute For Procurement (VIP) AEROSPACE training event on the topic of Developing Winning Proposals. National Veteran Institute For Procurement is such a great resource for veterans and veteran owned businesses.
