Smart BD Consulting helps win $149M contract… 3rd time in a row!

Smart BD Consulting helped our clients, Halvik, and their subcontractor, Business Integra, in winning a five-year, $149M Task Order for the SEWP Information Technology Support Services (SITSS) contract under the GSA OASIS vehicle.

This is a game-changing contract for Halvik (a growing 8(a) small business) – as it provides them with an entry into the NASA marketplace.

Smart BD played a critical role in this victory. First, we provided capture support by spearheading all of the customer calls and helped develop winning solutions. We helped author the entire Missions Suitability volume and participated in all of the proposal reviews. Finally, Halvik and their team, followed our advise through the discussions period leading them to the ultimate victory.

Smart BD has a long history of helping win the predecessor procurements: we helped win the NASA GUEST bid (predecessor to GITISS), we played an instrumental role in winning the GITISS bid (predecessor to SITSS) and now… third victory – SITSS.
