Smart BD Consulting helps win a $400M NASA JSC Test Evaluation and Support Team 3 (TEST3) contract

Smart BD Consulting assists our client, Sierra Lobo, Inc. (SLI), in winning $400M NASA JSC Test Evaluation and Support Team 3 (TEST3) contract.

Smart BD Consulting was asked to assist with this critical bid for SLI. We brought in a proposal manager to lead this effort along with several technical authors and a management volume lead. And Marina Goren, personally, facilitated solutioning sessions and participated in color reviews. SLI brought in engineering Subject Matter Experts and teammates who had unmatched expertise in this area and Smart BD helped them package the solutions. Result of this joint team effort – an unpredicted win!
